We act as an intermediary between employers (clients) and job seekers (candidates). The final hiring decision rests solely with the employer.

3. For Employer Clients

  • Clients must provide accurate and complete information about job openings and requirements.
  • Clients agree to use candidate information shared by Namo Recruitments solely for the purpose of evaluating candidates for the specified roles.
  • Clients shall not approach candidates sourced by Namo Recruitments through other channels without fulfilling agreed fee obligations.
  • Service fees and payment terms are as agreed in the separate service agreement/contract between Namo Recruitments and the client.
  • Namo Recruitments does not guarantee placement outcomes but commits to providing quality-matched candidates as per the agreed service scope.

4. For Candidates / Job Seekers

  • Candidates must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information including resumes, qualifications, and work experience.
  • Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate disqualification and removal from our database.
  • By submitting your profile or resume to Namo Recruitments, you consent to us sharing your information with relevant prospective employers.
  • Namo Recruitments does not charge any fees to candidates for its placement services.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Namo Recruitments website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Namo Recruitments and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of our services for any particular purpose. We do not guarantee that our website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
